An investigation has been launched into an assault on a pregnant woman that occurred in Prince George’s County on Sunday evening, Jan. 28.
The victim was assaulted by a woman (see above) near the 6400 block of America Blvd. around 7:20 p.m., according to the Hyattsville Police Department.
The suspect fled toward America Boulevard in a maroon Mercedes SUV with an unknown registration, police said. She is a Black woman believed to be between the ages of 22 and 28 with a medium build, long black and blonde braids, a white shirt, and white pants.
The suspect was also wearing a black coat and white Jordan 7s but removed them during the assault, police added.
